We know you may sometimes need to return an item. This isnâ€™t an issue, and the below outlines the process for different types of reasons for returns. For all returns please contact us through our customer service team will advise the overall process.
Damaged or faulty goods
Lighting products tend to be fragile. However, our highly experienced carriers handle such goods every day and we're confident that our robust packaging will prevent damage to breakable items in transit. Despite our best efforts though, accidents do occasionally happen. Please inspect your order within 24 hours of arrival and report any damage to us within 30 days and we'll be happy to address any problems and help with the return or replacement of your order.
Change of Mind - 30 days
If you change your mind, donâ€™t worry this sometimes happens. All you need to do is return the item, along with proof of purchase, within 30 days from the day you purchase the goods and we will happily refund this. Please be aware there are some items we cannot accept change of mind returns on, for example, products that may be affected by health and hygiene, opened software or DVD/CDs/Games.
If a buyer returns an item, it should be returned in the same condition in which it was received, and it should include all items that were in the original package.
If the returned item is used, damaged, or missing any parts, or is damaged during return delivery because it wasn't packaged correctly, we provide a partial refund to account for the loss in the item's value.
With change of mind refunds the buyer is responsible for the returning postage to us.
Your item develops a fault, broken or missing parts within 30 days of receipt
Please contact our customer service team. You will be offered a choice of repair, replacement (stock permitting) or refund. If we agree the item is faulty and needs to be returned, we will send you a pre-paid postage label or arrange collection at our expense. Once the product arrives it will be processed for assessment and verification of the fault.
After 30 days but before the warranty expiry date
After receiving confirmation through our customer service team, we can send replacement parts or you will need to securely package the product and return it to us. You are responsible for the return shipping and insurance cost. Upon receipt it will be inspected, tested and repaired. If we are unable to repair the item we will offer a replacement (stock permitting). If we cannot repair or supply a suitable replacement we will issue a refund.
We offer a 12 months warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty excludes any consumable products, for example batteries.
Please note any refunds can take 1-3 days to show in your account.
